2-3 kiwi

Some ice cubes

Then use a blender to mix the fruit, add some ice cubes and use the blender again, but not for long – your smoothie should have some little pieces of ice in it.
Then pour the smoothie into a pretty glass and add a straw.
This ‘’ green smoothie’’ is very healthy and it helps you to keep a balanced diet in order to be fit. The GREEN SMOOTHIE is much better than the juice from a supermarket or Coca-Cola. The smoothie contains such ingredients that can for example treat your sickness or calm down your nerves.
