Sport is an important part of my life. But it’s not just a typical sports discipline such as a volleyball, basketball or soccer. (I love them too… :) ) It’s circus and dance that I truly enjoy.
I've been doing “circus stuff” for ten years now. I love it. There are lots of both cheerful and extraordinary people connected with circus performances. We can do everything together. Anyway, circus is not only about the people. It’s acrobatics, riding an unicycle, juggling and more. And the most important thing: everyone can find their stuff to do in a circus group. Everyone can join it and learn something new there.
I joined dance group almost three years ago and that is the best thing I’ve ever tried. It’s a folk group. We dance typical Polish dances. It’s hard, but it gives me a lot of satisfaction. Now, we are preparing a big show for group’s 50th birthday.
I found my way to be healthy and happy. How about your ideas and hobbies?

LET'S RUN !!!
Today on the streets we can see more and more runners – professionals and amateurs.
They not only spend time actively, but also do everything to keep fit.
I decided join to them.
The first few weeks were terrible. I felt exhausted and my body was aching all over since I wasn’t used to running regularly.
But now it is very good!
And I simply love it ;-)

Why should we run ?
· - Running burns fat
· - You have got less sickness within your the circulatory system
- Running makes you happier !
· - You have more energy
What should you know ?
· -Don’t eat before running (at least one hour )
· -Choose interesting routes for running
· -Take your MP3 player – music will motivate you
· -Running with friends is better – so take friends with you!
· -Don’t forget about drinking water!
· -Before you start running you must warm up!
What should you wear during your running session?
Everything depends on the weather.
I prepared some photos with clothes which you should wear during your running sessions both in summer and winter.
But remember! The most important thing is that you should have comfortable clothes and the right sports shoes.

Now I simply wish you one thing : never give up!!!
