Sport and a balanced diet are the keys to a healthy lifestyle
I strongly belive that these two things are really the most important things to keep your healthy and happy. "You are what you eat" - they say. So we have to be very careful of what we eat. Physical exercises help us to be in shape and improve our condition.
First of all a balanced diet gives your body all necessary nutrience. Now we know what food is good and what is bad for us so everybody can work out their best diet.
Secondly it is also significant how we eat. We should eat 5 meals a day and not too much at a time.
A part from diet, physical exercises are very important to keep your fit. They improve your blood circulation and prepare your body to an effor.
However some people say that the most important thing is to keep a healthy lifestyle is avoiding bad habits like smoking, drinking too much alkohol and coffe, using drugs.
All in all in my opinion a healthy and balanced diet and doing sports are really the keys to a healthy lifestyle. Avoiding bad habits it is also important but not as much as the first two factors.

Eating for Healthy Heart
Coronary heart disease is the greatest single cause of death in this country.
It happens when cholesterol builds up on the inside walls of the arteries that supply blood to the heart.
The blood vessels become narrower and eventually get blocked.
This build up of cholesterol can happen very slowly and unnoticeably over the years, and it can start at an early age.
There are several things which can affect your risk of developing coronary heart disease. One of these is the kind of food you eat.
A healthy diet can lower the level of cholesterol in your blood and so reduce your risk of heart disease. Other things you can do to reduce the risk include:
· NOT SMOKING
· TAKING REGULAR EXERCISE
· KEEPING TO A HEALTHY WEIGHT
· LEARNING TO RELAX
· HAVING REGULAR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS
A Well Balanced Diet
So how can we all change our diet for the better? The main messages to keep in mind are:
1. EAT LESS FAT- avoid fast food, too much sweets (espacially in the evenings)
2. EAT MORE FIBRE – Fruit, vegetables, pulses and cereals
3. EAT LESS SALT
4. EAT LESS SUGAR

By Filip Małecki A Healthy lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle plays an important role for all of us. If we want to live longer, we should pay attention to both our diet and physical activity. Seeing the doctor also matters, not only when we are ill but when we feel good as well.
I would like to discuss the above factors of keeping ourselves in good health. As far as the diet is concerned, we should eat regularly (five-six times a day). Breakfast is the most important meal of a day because when we eat in the morning we store energy for the rest of the day. We shouldn't eat late in the evening as it is difficult to burn calories while we sleep. Our diet must be balanced which means eating a variety of products like fruit, vegetables, meat, diary, grains and sweets in small quantities.
We definitely mustn't drink alcohol or smoke. The substances contained in alcohol and cigarettes may cause fatal diseases, for example cancers and in this way people shorten their lives.
Another essential factors determining the quality of our lives is physical activity. In my opinion, being physically active has numerous advantages. Firstly, due to physical exercises people feel relaxed. Secondly, people less frequently fell ill because their immune system is stronger than in the case of those who don't do exercises at all. Thirdly, medical results of active groups of society are better, for example cholesterol level is lower, the level of glucose decreases as well. Lastly, if we do regular exercises, our bodies become healthier.
The final factor which influences the way we feel is the frequency of our visits to the doctor. Let me quote a well-known saying: "Prevention is better than cure". We should go to the doctor regularly if we intend to have a healthy, long life. We shouldn't ignore even the slightest symptoms. When we feel some pain, the best idea is to consult the doctor.
To sum up, both the quality and length of our lives are equally necessary to feel satisfaction. Do you have that kind of attitude? Live not only to feel energetic and attractive, but also let the other people see the advantages of our healthy lifestyle.
